What is success? Some people think that success is about how much money you make, your status in life, or how high you are on the corporate ladder.
Many people don’t have a clear understanding about the definition of true success. But, when it comes down to it, success is about becoming the person God has planned for you to be.
Success is not gained instantaneously. Success is a process! Success is about the steps you take and the things you do consistently on a regular daily basis to become successful. Success is about growth, and growth is about change. Growth equals change.
Success is about not being in the same place next year that you are in right now. Success is about setting goals. After you have set the goals, you need to make a plan, and then you need to take action steps to carry out the plan. You have to work at being successful. You can’t just sit back and wait until success falls on you. If you do, you will be waiting a very long time. Success is about preparation meeting opportunity.

You have to work hard and do the things you need to do to be prepared when opportunity knocks on your door. If you are prepared, when opportunity knocks, you can then let opportunity in and continue to grow.
When it comes to success, we learn from our mistakes. You haven’t failed until you quit! Just because you failed at something, it doesn’t mean that you are a failure. You just know what not to do the next time. We have to learn from our failures. You did not failure if you learned something that will help you to do better the next time around. So keep pressing on to SUCCESS GOD’S WAY!
Prayer: Lord God, thank You for success your way. Your way is THE WAY! I ask you to lead and guide me on my success journey, as I walk out Your plan of success for my life. I thank You that Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
