Everything changes! Seasons change, people change, and circumstances change. Just think about it! You probably can think of something that has recently changed in your own life. If you want to grow, you have to change.
Change is not easy for many of us. It is much easier for some of us to stay in our comfort zone and remain the same rather than make progress or improve in different areas of our lives. But we have to realize that change is inevitable (unavoidable). We cannot keep doing the same things and expect different results.
If you want something you have never had, you must do something you have never done! We have to change if we want to grow. Without change growth is impossible. We can’t be so afraid of failure that we refuse to try. If you don’t try, you are guaranteed to fail.
When we decide to implement change in our lives, we can expect it to be a little difficult at first, but we have to stick with it, keep at it, and it will get easier and easier. So, are you ready to take that first step toward change?
It is time for a change!
Prayer: Lord, I ask you to give me the strength and the courage to make the changes in my life that I need to make so that I can be all you created me to be. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
