A Positive Attitude

Let this same ATTITUDE and purpose and [humble] mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus [Let Him be your example…] __ Philippians 2:5 (AMPC)

Attitude is everything! Your attitude will open doors for you or close doors. Your attitude determines whether you become a success or be a failure in life. God wants us to have positive faith-filled attitudes. We should have the attitude of “I believe God.” Don’t speak negatively, but speak the Word of God over the bad situations in your life. Believe God’s Word, not the circumstances. Don’t lose you joy, peace, or energy by having a negative attitude. Refuse to have a negative attitude. Your attitude affects your life in more ways than your think.

Have a positive attitude. Have a positive attitude even in adversity (hardship, suffering, setbacks, or difficulty). Adversity comes to make us strong. Stand firm through the challenges of adversity. If you go through adversity with a positive attitude, you will come out on the other side more victorious than ever.

Your attitude will make you or break you. The Bible says to count it all joy when you fall into different types of trials (James 1:2 NKJV). Having a positive attitude is not only a blessing to you, but it is also a blessing to those around you. It inspires them. They realize that if you can have a positive attitude in a difficult situation, they can too. Keep a positive attitude!

It is time to take control of your attitude. Look for the silver lining in every dark cloud. It could be worst! Believe the best in every situation. Don’t look at the worst thing that could happen, the negative side. Look at the positive side. See the glass half full instead of half empty. Rather than just reacting to life’s circumstances, take charge of your life and be proactive! Dr. Charles Swindoll said,

I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent how I react to it. And so it is with you…we are in charge of our Attitudes.

By possessing an optimistic attitude, you will find that opportunities will be more accessible and achievable. Your whole outlook and attitude will be transformed. As you change your attitude from negative to positive, you will begin to gain the success you need to make your dreams come true!
